Adult CPR/AED and First Aid - Blended Learning

The time needed for the online session depends on the participant. Individuals work at their own pace. Participants may complete an optional pre-assessment for each lesson. Based on the results of the pre-assessment, participants may “test out” of a lesson, or test out of specific topics within a lesson, which can reduce overall online time. If you are familiar with the information, it MAY take you less than one hour to complete the online course.

Cadette First Aid Badge Class

Recommended: 6th grade Cadettes in the second half of the school year are old enough to get Red Cross certification in CPR and/or First Aid.

If Red Cross First Aid certification is chosen, the Cadette First Aid Badge can be earned by adding 30 minutes for the Girl Scout requirements.

The extra content can be added to the 30 minute First Aid classroom session for an additional charge of $50 (per class, not per person.)

Total in-person class time: 1 hour

Online time, must be completed before class: ~2.5 hours

$75 per person is for 6 or more people; price increases with fewer than 6 people.

First Aid Badge with CPR/First Aid certification

If CPR and First Aid certification is chosen, the Cadette First Aid Badge can be earned by adding 30 minutes to the approximately 1.5 hour CPR/First Aid classroom session for an additional charge of $50 (per class, not per person.) Total in-person class time: Approximately 2 hours
